Emergencies do crop up from time to time, and appointments may have to be rescheduled or cancelled. Please allow at least 24 hours for cancellations and changes to appointment times otherwise charges for the treatment will still apply, unless I am able to rebook it. I regret having to enforce this policy, but it is necessary to ensure the smooth running of my business.
If you arrive late I will do my best to offer you a complete treatment but I may not be able to extend your session if it would be to the detriment of my next client. Similarly, if you arrive early, I may be with a client so I respectfully ask you to wait outside or in your car until your appointment time as I would not want to interrupt my client's treatment.
