Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and

relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by

"hands on healing" and is based on the idea that qi or "life

force energy" flows through us and that this universal

energy is channelled to the client to encourage emotional

and physical healing, by activating the natural healing

processes of the patient's body. Helen works intuitively with

each individual in channelling qi to help re-energise and

relax each client, according to their needs.
