CONDITIONS

Helen often sees exceptional results in a very short time.

According to her clients the healing has been successful with lupus, chronic asthma, cancer, anxiety and depression, musculo-skeletal disorders, IBS, polycystic ovaries, foot pain, backache, Raynauds Disease, allergies, eye conditions and a whole host of other conditions.

Any change of a partial or temporary nature can usually be improved on as the sessions progress.

What happens in the session?

Helen sits next to her client, tunes into the source of healing and, with her hand on their back or shoulder, they relax together in the energy, usually for 20-30 minutes, although the healing continues to work for many days after that session is complete.

The client often feels tingling, warmth, cold or other sensations while she works, however, if you don't feel anything it doesn't mean it isn't working!

"I met Ms. Jameson several years ago while on a trip to England to attend a class at Merton College, Oxford University. She became aware that I had a painful back condition, and offered to give some healing treatments. I did not have a chance to partake in the treatments at that time, however, some of us were on a trip to Japan a few years later, and she again offered, I immediately accepted. "The reason I went for healing was because I had constant pain in my left foot on the ankle. I had the pain for about three months and in that time I had several doctors appointments. one with a consultant who said I would need surgery! I really didn't know what to expect...I sat down next to the healer, she placed her hand on my back and basically that was it for about half an hour. I felt warmth from her hand but that was it. After the session I felt a bit emotional but didn't know why? She told me she felt I had pain in my left wrist, which I hadn't mentioned before where I get repeated strain from my job. I had limited movement in it and it meant I was unable to sleep properly as I couldn't get comfortable and would wake up during the night. As the session started I felt a wave of relaxation and then heat travelling from Helen's hand across my back and into the painful shoulder. Each session was followed by several days of freedom from the pain and I could move my arm without the restriction I had experienced. I was able to sleep properly again for a few days. "I am writing to thank you for your help in relieving pain from my "tennis elbow." It began as an ache at the end of March but in time movements caused real pain. I was in constant discomfort even driving, lifting a cup. Helen noticed my discomfort and asked if I would like her to provide some healing. I would say I have been a bit of a sceptic though always open minded enough to accept that my "unknowns" can work. Helen sat just a little behind my chair and placed one hand under the elbow and the other on top and we sat in silence. After 15 minutes there was a warming sensation on my elbow. After another 5 minutes there was an itchy sensation in the elbow. my expectation was hope that there could be some relief in time after the session. Well, at the end of the 25 minutes I was amazed as I was able immediately to bend, lift, touch my elbow without any discomfort at all! I have been able to weed, use a golf club, lift and carry since. "I'm finding it hard to put into words the result of our healing and "balancing" (EFT / MR) sessions. Going back about six months, when Mum was ill and in hospital - you carried out a healing session. I had for years felt guilty because I didn't have Mum to live with me and at this time it had come to a head. The guilt fuelled my depression and was with me all the time. People told me I shouldn't feel any guilt, but that didn't help. After the healing I was distressed and we talked - later I knew the guilt had gone and I have never felt that way since. "Without a great deal of expectation and no words spoken about my condition, Helen has eliminated a great deal of pain that I lived with every day. After my first session I felt relaxed but nothing more until I woke the next day without the pain on breathing I have lived with continuously for the last few months, and on and off for the last 10 years. "I revisited Helen again some weeks later and during this session I had some pain in my chest...like I was having an asthma attach - something which I suffered from, especially when I exercised. Following our session, about a week or so later, I went mountain biking and was amazed at how I felt - not needing my inhaler at all. Normally I would have had to stop several times. It felt great to be able to breathe normally - something I haven't experienced on exercise in years! I've since been running which is something I like to try and do a couple of times a week.
